This gives us the jump on our limited building season, as well as protecting the framing and material, the "bones", of your home from the very beginning. Great floor plans are available straight from the factory, or can be customized to suit your needs. We maintain control throughout the design and construction process to ensure that your residence is built to the quality and level of energy efficiency they YOU choose. Finishes such as carpet, tile, light fixtures or faucets can be purchased from the factory or "deleted" and upgraded on site, as you wish.
